I don't know Ray. When I looked for Ford inventory, I got Tasca Ford in Berlin?? I was also confused. Maybe they are the managing partner?
Tom...I still can't afford that realistically. If that deal had been around when I was shopping originally, I may have been able to swing it. I also don't know if I could spend that kind of money on a new truck that is supposed to last me a good long time, and have it not be a crew cab. Ya know, with the kid and all.

Yeah I can understand that, there's no way I'd settle for less than a crew cab. You can get one for around $30K brand-new, and they don't come for much less used unless they have some miles on them.
Good morning all. Well today 66. I'm going to relax and enjoy the day. Maybe watch the snow that isn't coming. Went up to Vermont yesterday looking to get some Pure Maple Syrup. The stand I go to was closed. I'll try in a few weeks. They say it has been a bad year for the sap. this cold has been much for them.
Good Monday morning hello. Went to the casino last night for dinner at Bobby Flay's Bar American Soup to nuts, the duck was fantastic and the Clam chowder to die for, and the desert was to much. I waddled down to the tables figuring I would make my $200+ diner back. Not to be my wife dropped $100 and I broke even. All in all not that bad. Had a blast at the table(good dealers and a good group of people) tired today.
Yesterday I discovered a bad balljoint which places my Lincoln out of commission for the moment. Got a killer deal on some wholesaler closeout parts from Rockauto. $130 with shipping for what would cost $410 at NAPA. So later this week I'll be replacing a pitman arm, wheel bearing, balljoint, and some exhaust hangars.
I'm a little torn on the wheel bearing though. I don't have a torque wrench capable of 230 ft-lbs, and I'm normally really picky about using a torque wrench. I'm debating between just cranking it on with my impact wrench or blowing $140 for a new torque wrench.

My vote Torque wrench, you will never have enough tools. So there will be one less to buy, and I'm sure you will find other applications for it.

Thanks John.
Unfortunately I've decided against it. We're trying to spend as little as possible at the moment, and another $130 on a torque wrench that will see infrequent use doesn't make sense right now.
Fortunately torque is a relatively easy thing to calculate. At 185 lbs, I'll stand on my breaker bar 14 1/2" from the fulcrum to approximate 228 ft-lbs. It's not going to be as accurate as a torque wrench, but it'll be close. I have two others in the garage, a Kobalt 10-100 ft-lb unit and a really cheap 20-150 ft-lb wrench that I DON'T trust.
