Help me find headers
I have been looking for full length headers for my 89 f250 and its harder than I would have ever figured. I have a 351w with a dana 60 front diff and thats my problem. I had my mind made up with hedman elite headers and then I learned they don't fit with the dana 60. I have been finding more and more headers companies outside of what big stores like jegs and summit carry but I don't know what fits and what companies are good quality.
Yesterday I emailed L and L about their set but nothing back yet. I'm not sure about them though because ideally I'd like to keep the egr. I hope someone can help me out with a company that makes headers that will fit and are good quality, while also having a place for emissions

I personally have hedman mid length headers and they are vicious. The only thing I would recommend is to sand them down and put on a high temp paint. The paint that comes with them is only to protect from moisture in the warehouse and shipping and will burn off the first time the engine gets to tempature.

I checked MAC's website and I didn't see any headers for the F-Series, only 351 swapped mustangs. More than likely they won't work on the truck if that is the case.

I looked at the mid length. Did you have a any problems with them leaking? I noticed it was only a 1/4 inch flange.
As for the equal length headers, did they come off of a truck with a dana 60? I've found that a lot of headers will work on the 351 in an f series but when you have dana 60 the story changes.
