I can't say I have seen any blow that were done right. They will not hold for guys going after big horsepower. But for your average "Joe", if done right, they will hold.
X2,,, I tell all customers it isn't the tune or the load. It's the skinny pedal on the right. If a realistic expectation is used on the truck (and its done properly), there's no reason to have comebacks. At least not for head gaskets. I just had a major issue on a job,, my issue would've been a simple fix,,, But geography killed my reputation.
I do tell customers that the parts tell the story. I don't touch trucks that talk about sled pulling, rolling coal, or drag racing. Anything can be broken. I haven't had a comeback either. Are my days numbered?? Hope not. Lol.

The problem is customers that think studs make the engine unbreakable.
All they do is make it harder to blow a had gasket.
There is a well known local shop that is a big name in cummins performance and they have had problems due to all there high HP stuff.
Guys go and blow up their new 1000 hp engine at the track and blame them. Its made a big dent in their reputation that used to be great.

I wouldn't think a leaky accessory hose is going to ruin your rep. Atleast not in my book--IMO
I ran IDP Extreme Street converter lock program and popped my Ford Dealership installed headgaskets/ARP studs. I had tow/haul engaged, passed a car on a two lane road, converter locked keeping revs down, cylinder pressure high, high, high, and I had red coolant on the ground at the next stop. Stupid me. That program hides deep in my laptop now. Truck is 9300 lbs as I drive it.
I don't know the exact prep of my engine at the stealership, though. I'm have o-ring heads coming and a remote oil cooler.
