Power valve shield install question

Power valve shield install question
All,
I'm in the process of rebuilding the Holley 4bbl on my 351 and am installing the power valve shield.
The instructions say after inserting the hollow screw to "select proper size aluminum plug and insert into original vacuum hole". Which of the two small holes on the left is the original vacuum hole? Lol.

Just in case anyone else should have this question, the answer is the lower hole. The instructions say "the passage that leads back in the power valve chamber" (or such). So I blocked off the passages one at a time and shown a light in that area. The lower one was the only one of the two that let light into the power valve chamber.
