I'm still baffled by all the SYNC hate. My 13 has it and it really hasn't been any trouble. I had a few little glitches that the latest update seemed to cure. Maybe it's because I don't have a smartphone, I don't know, all I really use it for is handsfree, most everything else my phone isn't capable of. Yeah, sometimes the voice activation has issues with long names, but nothing out of this world bad. I don't use the Nav a ton but when I do it's always gotten me where I needed to go............. As far as the satellite location and it showing off the road when it's on a road, well, my garmin in my work truck does the excat same thing in that area. It's a mapping or sattelite issue.
