Good afternoon folks. My son (17) and I just purchased a 1976 Ford F-100 (SB) 4x4 as a project to do together. After researching the VIN on the truck it was supposed to come with a 360ci engine, but the motor that is in there is a 302. We knew this when we bought it, we got the truck pretty cheap. My issue...we have a broken motor mount on the drivers side of the truck. What mount do I replace it with? I have searched the forums but really haven't gotten a clear answer. Any help would be appreciated.
302 mount i would think. I removed the 360 from my 73 to replace with a 302. I had to change out the 360 mount supports that bolt to the frame to ones made for the 302. 360 FE engine uses a mount made different than the one for a 302 engine.

Thanks. I will order 302 then. This is our first major project together. We have to set our priorities.
