I beleive the 302-351W motor mounts for a 70-72 F100 will work but you will need to find an original 302 truck to get the motor mount towers from. The towers are mounted in a different location on the front crossmember on a truck with a 352-390 so you will have to take measurements from a 302 truck as to where the mounting holes are or make a template. It seems the 302 tower mounting holes are a little farther back towards the firewall. I have a 67'swb 2wd truck that had the 352 and I also have a 1970 parts truck that had the 302 so I have something to measure off of to put a 302 in my 67'. I'm pretty sure the 351C and the 302 use the same mounts. A ford or mustang guy may be able to confirm that.

I'm assuming your truck is 2wd, and in that case you can use small block (289,302,351M,400) mount supports from any 2wd '67-'79 Fseries truck, then just get 302 mounts new from your local parts store.
I believe that would work! Yes, I do have a 2wd. Double check the mounting holes on your block and compare to a 302 to be sure. I hope this helps. Napa auto parts carries the 302 mounts. If I lived close to you I'd help you. What was your original motor just out of curiosity?

Is'nt the frame wider on a 73-79....I need some 302 mount supports for my 71.....If I take them off a 73-79 will I have to drill the frame/crossmember to mount the supports.?

The frame is only wider after the cab. From the front of the frame to the back of the cab should be the same.
thanks for the help on the towers for the 302, ive been busy but i hope to find those towers at a local junkyard. Are these the towers that need to be welded into place or do they just bolt down.
These mounts, also called "anchors" or "perches" since they kinda hold the motor up, are bolt on bolt off peices. Remember, these "perches" are the same for 302, 351W, 351M, and 400M motors in 67-79 Ford F100-F250's. That means you should have a better chance of finding them.
Only the Rubber Mounts that bolt onto the engine will need to be specifically for a truck with a 302. I got a pair from auto-zone for $6.99 each, just tell them you need mounts for a 69-72 Ford Truck. They will need a specific year to bring it up on there computer, so just pick the one that sounds best coming out of your mouth
