Just curious what the average delete cost is for an EGR, DPF, Tuner, and Exhaust? Just looking for a rough total package cost. Still debating what to do for my situation so looking at options. No smog on the 450 in CA so that is one option ....

 

My Spartan tuner ran me $1500. The delete pipe cost will vary depending on of how much you replace. The delete pipe that just replaces the DPF and DOC (you really don't want to just take off the DPF and not the DOC) is pretty inexpensive. Little more for a downpipe back delete pipe (both of these options can be easily done in your driveway by yourself). The most expensive pipe will include the downpipe and will be more difficult to replace.

Sinister Diesel's EGR delete kit was pretty inexpensive.

Figure about $2K or a little above.

 

about 8 months ago.. I had mine done.. BUT I got a used sct 8900 tuner..exhaust... altogether about $1500.. I would've agreed and say roughly 1500-2000... but the h&s/Spartan are going between 1500-2000 so who knows now.. I upgraded to a mini maxused) for $1450...check around see what ya find...good luck!

 

If you shop around and do the work yourself you can get it done for just a little over 2K with a Mini Maxx. Check Indiana Craigslist for tuner-best deal

 

Depends on who is doing the labor... DIY and save a lot of money. Delete the EGR coolers too. My H&S was 1300, exhaust was 400 egr delete was cheap, maybe 100

 

I just bought a SCT X4 7015C race tuner and DFP/CAT delete pipe from Rudy's for $1017 to the door. I'll install them myself.

 

DPF-R+ programmer, delete pipe with bungs, and new sensors in the delete pipe ran approximately $950 with me doing the work. I got the sensors from my local Ford dealer for $62 each. Well worth it, IMO.
