Under the "what's already in the cabinet" group, WD-40 goes a long way toward softening and removing dried adhesive. However, it may need to get under the plastic to work.

There are specific removers like
this one this one
that you'll find at your local parts store, Permatex or 3M typically have good stuff.

Oh, and old credit cards are really good substitutes for your fingernails.

3M makes a rubber "stripe-off" pinstripe removal wheel.
They get it off without much work or damage to the paint.

At the swap meet the other day, one of the tool vendors was selling a 4" or so rubber wheel that mounts in a drill and was intended to remove decals and the like, but I haven't tried it but he swore it was the way to go. Like anything, it always takes a couple different techniques to finish the job, so I'd start by soaking them in decal remover first. Good luck

Try the autobody supply.
Look up the PPG or DuPont suppliers in your area.

Thanks for the info. I have a 1990 F350 Centurion with a ton of graphics on it, that are in need of removal, and was wondering what to use. Now I know.

I can attest to the 3m rubber wheel for removing pinstriping, bumper stickers, and old molding adhesive. It is well worth the investment and will save you a lot of labor and aggravation. Heat gun and credit card or plastic scraper are good substitute but require a lot more elbow grease. I would avoid razor blades at all cost, no matter how steady you think your hand its you will almost always dig into the paint to the metal with a sharp razor.

If you want to get badges or other body molding pieces off, use fishing line or some strong dental floss. You'll still need to get the adhesive off afterwards, but at least there won't be any damage to your paint. I learned this trick the hard way...
