Polishing metal?
Looking for your opinions for what's the best at cleaning and polishing the carpet trim. I bought some stuff from lowes that said metal polishing and it look promising. But it actually sucked!

I like "Mothers Mag and Aluminum polish".

I've tried Mothers and Wenol both are really good. But last summer I bought some Bimbo's metal polish. I liked that the best. I think I paid $50 for a 3 pack that consisted of metal polish, metal sealer, and wheel cleaner. I got it at the Ford Nationals in Carlisle Pa. Oh and Flitz metal polish is pretty good too. Still like the bimbos the best though.

aren't those anodized Al, that you would have to get past that to polish the bare metal?

I believe so, but what would I all need to get them looking like new again...
