Suspected return line problems
92.5 7.3 with a ATS turbo. I have trouble starting. I have crank it for ever it seems like to start and when started runs fine. I live on some rough roads and I think I have a return line problem. I have had this before with a 85 that I had at the time. If I let it sit for a couple of hours same problem. Any one have a idea what is wrong?

It sounds like you guessed correctly and have air intrusion problems. An return line kit may fix the issue, I recommend saving the old injector caps and re-using them as they are better quality than the new ones I got, install them with vaseline or grease to keep from damaging your new o-rings.
Otherwise your engine should have a fuel heater, they are known for allowing air intrusion. There are several threads that cover the fuel heater fix.

be certain that the gp system is operating correctly, one way to find out if it is air intrusion is to plug it in and let it sit over the weekend or so and then start it. if it fires right up instantly, it is a gp problem. not air intrusion. it should fire right up with out glows if it is 35 out over nite, and was pluged in when warm. mine will.
