Would anyone have access to the factory manual info on these rear suspensions? Getting mine ready to install in my 53 and am disassembling for painting.

What info exactly are you hoping to find in a manual? The reason I ask is because I have done some extensive research on these, and Lincoln MKVIII IRSs, and probably have more in the way of dimensions, etc than you would find in an OEM book.

Really just torque specs, any specific reassembly info. Having a heck of a time removing the front two lower control arm bolts. The ones that have the rubber boot on the nut side. Other than that just general info. I am not looking to redesign it.

I bought a 98 MKVIII IRS for my 1950 Mercury coupe. I was surprised to learn that the differential did not have TracLoc and the lug pattern was metric and not 5x4.5. I now have 3.73s with TracLoc and 11-5/8 inch Cobra brakes on 4x4.5 hubs. In my case I had to make some precise measurements so that I could install the IRS into the Merc chassis...with the F100 there are kits available to install the IRS in one piece just as it was dropped out of the donor.
Here is a link that may help IRS - Independent Rear Suspension, FFR FAQ others are out there and can be found with a little searching...

I have one of Daves kits for the IRS Tbird install. I am just taking it apart to clean and paint. I am a "keep it simple" guy, so no updates to rear are in the works. Thanks for the input.

You probably could make all the parts you need to install it. I tore mine all apart and cleaned and painted it. Need to adjust toe and camber when you reassemble it. Probably one of the easier jobs when we did the truck.

I don't know if this will help. This in for the Lincoln Mark VIII and is what I have installed in my 48.
