Do you have any kind of tuner or chip in your truck. if so remove it and try that..

Yeah I took the chip out because of all the problems and also didn't want to fry it. You think any possibility it's the torque converter

I just took it for a drive and every time I would let off the gas I would have to give it that 5 sec to get started again. I got to a stop on a slight incline and would start rolling backwards till I would start going

It could be the convertor but mine acted like that, not on a hill but on the flats and a week later it was gone. Trans that is. Its was something in the center section I believe, at least that's what John Woods told me.

Yeah I'm going to see what I figure out, sucks but prob just dropping it off at the trans shop Sunday.

The trans in these trucks are the weak point. Make sure the guy knows how to build these R4100's for the 7.3's You may want to upgrade some parts to help make it bullet proof over a stock trans.. their are a couple of trans builders on the site who build a solid transmission that everyone like to use.. I know john woods is one and i can't remember the other.. Im sure others will chime in on what you should use for a new torque converter and other internal parts

Thanks for your help. Will let you know what I figure out. I just found my paper with the last codes on it from a month or so ago. Didn't know what this one meant. P1828 & P1820 Transmission Transfer Case Clockwise & Counterclockwise Shift Relay Coil Circuit Failure.
