Crank No Start, Weak Spark

1998 Expedition XLT, replaced ECM as the old one was holding injector drivers open. But now crank no start, new COP's and plugs. No Codes, Also my theft light never turns on(not sure if it matters). Pulled a COP and plug, close to ground, key on engine off, jump starter relay, I see a barely visible yellow spark. Before moving the AC pump to change the Crank sensor, is there anything else I should try to diagnose this problem.

Put the key in and turn the ignition to On (not start) for 15-20 minutes. Then see if it starts.

Still no start, looks like tomorrow I'll be getting a Crank Sensor. Time to break out the shovel and cardboard boxes(this winter sucks).

Ok got it all working now, replaced crank sensor, fully charged battery, oil change did the trick.
