Difference in regular and custom cab

Difference in regular and custom cab
I am new here so please be patient. I have been a ford guy for as long as i have been driving. Mostly mustangs. I recently acquired a 68 f100 ranger. my question is whats the difference in a regular cab and custom cab. Trying to order glass and seals. thanks for any help you can give
