Problems that go away by themselves have a tendency to come back by themselves.

At the worst possible moment, too

If it's a wire-jiggleing fix, I can guarantee the problem will return.

If it was a loose wire, possibly you fixed it if anything was disassembled or tightened through oxidation. Congrats !!

Dam' I dislike 'self fixing' problems!! They're always are on my mind when I'm using that item.

Now if only the broken landing leg gear on my 5er would self repair.........

For a time it seemed all I did was landing gear repair. then for a long time none at all, and now I am back to all the time.

Go figure,

Steve

If that @#$% foot++ of snow in front of the trailer would melt and the temps get out of the 20's and low 30's I could get it done with my Atwood kit instead of doing an engine job on my garage car. I have a mind to get a second parts kit and do the other one as well while I have the trailer on jack stands

Fortunately our weather is warming, but we are having lots of rain. I couldn't decide whether to work on my truck or continue the mods I am doing on my fiver, but then it dawned on me I better do the truck first as without it, I can't tow my trailer.

My 7.3 has a leak somewhere on the topside. The valley is dry behind the HPOP, so I have yet to determine turbo pedestal seals, passenger valve cover gasket, etc. I dumped some dye in with the fuel, but with the rain, haven't had a change to go further. I hate working on stuff covered with oil!
