1990 XLT Engine stall at stop

1990 XLT Engine stall at stop
Yesterday:
My B2 automatic stalls coming to a stop like a manual when stopping without pushing the clutch in. I have to start in neutral, shift to gear
and its stalls, but moves enough to re-start and shift, then if rolling, will
go then run good thru auto gears. code 57 & 14 best as I read the 9015 scanner. Do these torque coverters have a Stator? Its all stock 2WD v6. A sound like locked in OD.Shutters coming to stop.
I'll need advise to diagnose a repair on either the trans or torque?
Tranny was rebuilt 1 1/2 yr ago. I have a very small valve cover leak.
A few droplets on engine bottom. Is the TCC external? Auto Transmission fluid is at full.
Today, after sitting, was back to normal. I'm afraid to drive her to work, that she might lock back up.
