94 IDI running rough

94 IDI running rough
94 IDI turbo 178k. Was -9 out this morning had it plugged in and fired up fine. Ran good for a minute and started missing. Shut it off and restarted ran good for 10 sec and started missing again. Tried restarting it 2 more times and same deal would run good then start running rough. Wouldn't die though. Fuel system and glow plugs are original and I haven't been running the white bottle stuff for close to a month. Any thoughts?

pull the filter and pour the diesel into a clear jar.she might be cloudy and gelling up on ya? was the "fuel filter" light flickering? do you know that light works?
if she'll idle even though roughly,i would just first try to see if it would stay running for 10 mins and warm up and then see how its running.
