I have located a hood, two fenders, and two inner fenders off of a 56. My question is will these parts fit on a 54? I know the bed is the same. I know the doors are different and cab is different. But will these fit?

Good news! The fenders and inner fenders will fit and are all the same 53-56. The hood will fit fine, but has different side emblems and two little rivets on the back middle of the hood that your 54 didn't have.

I have texted the guy. I asked him for some good pics and underside of inners and fenders. Also asked for a close up of front good lip that is always so common with rust. He texted me back and said he will try tonight or in the morning when he gets around to it so..... Don't believe he is too motivated. I will post pics once I receive them.
