What is required to fix burned out panel lighting on an EATC unit for a 98-02 Expedition EATC unit? I haven't fully dissassembled my unit but I've noticed that unlike the units used on 95-01 Explorers and 98-02 Crown Vics, the light bulbs are not on a twist and remove base. Does anyone know what is under the panel/button/display circuit board once it's removed from it's surroundings and if the lights are soldered in incandescent bulbs or LED's?
*We're talking the lighted buttons, and not the numeric/character display itself.
70 views so far and not one single person has had a panel light go out on their (97-02) Expy EATC unit, and they opened it up and looked at what's inside and how to fix it by themselves???
