Man that scares the hell out of me. I do have a 4 inch lift and my wheels do stick out a bit (no spacers) but nothing like these pavement princesses. I check suspension quite regularly and get an alignment at the beginning of every season. Any modifications will increase wear.
The cheapest I've went on bearings is timken. Only balljoints I'll ever use is spicer. Also I keep a infrared thermometer in the truck. Always checking hub temps.
Been lifting trucks since 1977 and I brought up the same question, Why? Trying to look like a pulling truck at your local fair? Same venue the negative camber Boyz do to their import vehicles. Keep your bearings centered in the rim and throw wheels spacers in the trash where they belong. Off Set rims are available but increase the load on a wheel bearing.
