Junk Yard Finds
My Stepdad and I went looking through our local junkyard today and found some gold, or that needle in a haystack.
351C 4-barrel motor for 225.
Factory Pushbar for 40.
Radio Delete Dash Bezel for 5.
87 F150 seat for 50.
Steering Column for 50.
The yard had about a dozen of our dentsides in it. I saw at least two 100mph speedos from 75 - 76 trucks. I am going back after one here soon. No supercabs or crews in the yard, but plenty of F350's. One truck had complete racetrack trim in pretty good shape. I am willing to go pull parts and ship them out to y'all if you would like.
I also snagged a sliding back glass for 30.

Awesome find on all those parts, especially the OEM push bar with what looks like Marchal lights? Did you get the OEM interior switch and wiring for them by chance?
And when you go back get the plastic 2 cup, cup holder that slips on the 2 studs sticking out the front of the seat edge.

I think that are those lights, I will get a pic tomorrow when I am at the shop working on the truck. No, didn't get the switch because i thought that those were cheapo aftermarket fog lights. I saw the missing cup holder, just didn't have time to go find one in the yard. I will be going back to get that and the wiring soon, though. Thanks for the heads-up on the lights being special.

Hey romedawg351, if you go back there, I'm looking for the racetrack trim on the right rear side of the bed for the camper special (tool box in bedside). It goes from the back of the bed to the edge of the tool box opening...thanks
