I would definately check for continuity from the wires to the EVP sensor and the voltage to.

MAJOR update:

So I stopped at Autozone this morning to price a handheld vacuum pump, because I was going to apply vacuum to the EGR valve while ohming out the EVP sensor to check for a smooth transition. Even though I had already performed the standard EVP ohm out test, and it passed beautifully. This is what steered my attention away from the EVP sensor.

So anyways I priced an EVP sensor and it was $28 and some change, so I figure why the hell not. I can always return it. So I get that and the hand-held vacuum pump (I could always use it for bleeding too) and headed home. I apply 10-in.Hg of vacuum while checking continuity in the EVP sensor. About 100 ohms, good. I slowly release vacuum and hopefully it has a smooth transition up to about 5k ohms. It doesn't. It jumped around erratically and for a split second went to about 20k, but once no vacuum existed rested at 4.9k.

So I changed the EVP sensor and ran it for about 20 minutes and 5 miles and to much relief, Problem solved. No MIL. Cleared KAM and re-run KOEO, KOER. 111!

Thank you all for the help.
