Fuel pressure problem?

The fuel pressure adjustment on the pump has a jam nut on it to keep the adjustment from moving. Loosen that nut and screw the adjustment screw all the way out. Inside you'll have a spring and a piston that's, IIRC, tapered on the end with an o-ring. Remove the spring and piston and check to see if the o-ring is damaged. Replace with one of the spares provided with the pump.
AFA not pumping fuel after you cleaned it, turn the key on and crack the water separator filter loose while the pump is running until you hear the pump motor change tone. You may have to key it on with the separator loose more than once until it picks up fuel. When you hear the motor change tone quickly snug the separator back on or you'll get a bath.

If you continue to have a problem with that o-ring see my earlier post about putting a Viton o-ring in it's place.
