6.0 moaning??

I have a lot of ideas. Here's two of them.
First, post this in the 6.0L section where a lot more people will see it.
Second, have some description of what your saying. I rarely see a question as vague as this one. Is it from the engine area? Rear of the truck? Under the truck? In the cab?

If it is groaning and moaning from the cab it prolly aint engine related. Back when I was a young man there were often times you could hear groaning and moaning from my cab. I used to think all my girlfriends were dying. They were always screaming "OH GOD I'M COMING"
