I looking at selling my 1974 2wd shortbed project and I am having a difficult time determining a price. I live in the Cincinnati area, if anyone could give me some ideas where to look for comparison I would really appreciate it. I'm coming up empty on my searches.
Yes, this truck has rust, but I do have a lot of the patch panels that will be needed though. It is a project that I got, but never started and I just don't have time for it now. I will be getting some pictures up soon.
I sold my 73 F100 2wd short bed for 2200. No rust and 66,000 original miles. I was second owner. I had way more than that invested in it and felt like I gave it away. It had everything done to it besides being repainted. That hurt the price. I had all the factory colors but never had enough time to spray it.
Running single cabs with ok bodies go for $500-$1000 in Idaho. With a pristine body and interior, $1500-$2000 if you find just the right buyer. " projects" are worth what the scrap yard will give you.
much of the price is based upon regional availability.......whats common and in what condition. Take a look at CL prices within maybe 250 or so miles of your location, and base prices upon what similar trucks are selling for
I'm looking for a shortbed project. There's nothing decent around here. shoot me some pic's and details maybe we can work out a deal. I can pick it up.
