Thermostats

Diehardstroker and I just bought Dieselsites 203* thermostat and I just finished up testing them. They both looked pretty equally open but I just wanted to ask you guys how open they should be.

Here is what they look like fully open. Sorry for the crappy photo....I had a hard time getting the camera to focus.
