Hello, I have searched this site and 10 others about glow plugs. Everyone says test them with ohm meter at various places.
My truck is throwing P0672, P0674, PO676, PO678
I also get white puff out exhaust on cold mornings or afternoons if still below 40* or so.
Is there an easy way to check things or does having all 4 on left (drivers) bank out tell me something?
I ohm tested the black connector on gpcm pink/green wire to neg term on battery. I either did it wrong or I am truly getting 168 ohms.
Any suggestions would be helpful. Not looking to get blasted.
You need to ohm each GP individually. But based on the measurement you got, and the codes, I am thinking GP harness. It's a bit of a job, but you may as well buy both and change them both, while you are at it, ohm each GP while changing the harnesses.
