I run 33's on my 85 and only rub just a tiny bit in a hard over turn.
Like when turning around. Have given a lot of thought to putting in
a lift. But I have yet to bottom out or High center on the water bars
and tank traps I have tried around here when hunting.
How much does it throw everything out of line with say a 4 inch lift?
Like what else would be involved with the lift to still keep her road
worthy?
There are some tank traps (where culverts have been takin out) that
would open up a lot more road hunting for me with a lift. But what would
I need to do to still be able to run to town at 70 mph to get supply's?
Sorry prolly should start me own thread for this. Just wondering though.
And just what kind of lift? Some on the body and some on the suspension? Or all on one or the other?
To elaborate on NASSTY's post... The removal of sway bars does help greatly with articulation. The drawback is in increase in body roll and less stability when towing. If you don't mind the body roll and you use your Bronco like I do (little-to-zero towing) then it will be a positive move for increasing articulation.
