I confirmed with them last year that it was ok to tow at max capacity with the 93 tune, just make sure you're running the right octane. I haven't had an issue at all, towed a few times with it, none as heavy as the Ohio meet but never experienced any issues.

Cheers for the quick reply Matt, I'll give her a try one way with the performance tune, then try the performance/tow tune on the way back

If you want, might be worth checking with them again to confirm, but I doubt you'll run into problems. just put the right thirst quenching octane in it.

I have asked Mike about Using the Performance tune as a Daily Driving tune with me towing pretty regular. He advised me that it would be best to stick to the Performance/Tow Tunes. Maybe if you just do it once in a while it would be ok, not real sure, but I tow my 4 horse slant sometimes twice a week and it wouldn't be a good idea for me.

Called Mike this morning about getting tunes for my 2015 SD 6.2. And my PCM code was not any good. Or he was not familiar with it. He was gonna check on it. So far no tunes for a 2015 SD.
