damn, my truck won't turn over now, so I can finnaly purge the cylinders! Is it something I did while working on my truck for the last 3weeks. The starter is just spinning. Tried tapping it w/hammer..it's fairly new starter. ****! Is it shot now or what I don't know. Pus, do I need to connect any wires first, to purge? Injector wires? Ipr? Icp?

Remove the starter and look at the teeth on the flex plate/flywheel ring gear. I just yesterday ordered a new flex plate because mine has about a 3" section of destroyed teeth.
The solenoid isn't actuating making the shaft extend and engage with the flywheel. You have a bad starter.

well, I dropped my starter and turns out the cables were loose on solenoid so I tighted them, put starter back on. went to go and put cables back on batt. and the truck started to turn over, without the key on?! what the hell man!
That happened to me once. I was replaced a badly corroded battery terminal. What i think happened was, when i tried to start the truck before making the repair the solenoid came out just enough to engage the starter motor before the connection was lost. Once i replaced the terminal and as soon as i touch the battery cable to the battery the starter kicked on and burned out.

thankfully I had life time warranty. new starter, but when I go to hook cables to batteries it archs and wants turn over. no key on. do I need to keep batteries connected and then connect starter on?
Sounds like the starter is shorting straight to ground. I've seen that with some older starters, never a new one. Swapping starters is one of the few task i ALWAYS disconnect the batteries before hand. Primarily because that fat cable on the starter is coming straight off the positive terminal of the battery and when removed is dangling close to the block and frame which are grounded directly to the negative post on the battery. So if that starter cable touches the block or frame it's like running a jumper straight from the positive terminal to the negative terminal. Same idea if you accidentally bump the frame or block with the wrench or ratchet you're removing/installing said cable with.
