why can't I post pictures

I know longer have the ability to post pictures . The icon is not here , Why.

I never use the icon, I use the Manage Attachments button further down on the page

I have been having troubles posting as well. Have to do it the FTP route but when I try and post to my album its saying I am posting to many photos at a time. I am only trying to post 1 photo. I am wondering if the site is having a bit of a glitch. A few other posts have been noting other technical problems today.

And make sure that the photos are not too big, they have to be a certain size or smaller. I always have to downsize mine.
