Navigation Volume

My wife has a '11 Edge Limited that is equipped with Navigation. Does anyone know how to adjust the volume on these? I have searched thru the owners manual and I cannot find any info about this. I can barely hear what it is saying when it is giving me prompts.

While I have not done this, on my wife's MKX (same Nav, I think) there is a section in the My Ford Touch supplement in the Navigation Features section: Navigation Voice Commands--it lists a Voice Volume Increase. So it would seem that you change the volume with a voice command?
Hope this helps.

Hi PowerstrokeN08,

Is your vehicle equipped with the basic SYNC w/nav, or MyFord Touch? You can PM your VIN if you'd like, which would supply the information I need.

Thanks for the replies. I finally figured it out. Had to go into tools, system settings, system prompt volume and that seems to have worked. I was looking for it in the navigation settings.
