I just received my new Carpenter headliner. I read all the earlier posts that I could find regarding bending the parts. Mine is gray, for my 1966 F250, with perforated surface.
My question is, do I need to worry about the water/Ammonia mix leaking though the headliner holes causing water marks? Or is the water/ammonia trick only good for non-perforated liners?
Check out the link below. User tbm3fan explains the process and why the Ammonia. And if you are going to put in a headliner, you need to see this post. Real informitive.
