These are the Premium.

About $30 less for the standards (11690)

I couldn't find much better pricing and still get them in a decent amount of time. But I have been told I am not as smart as 99% of others at least once tonight.
Please change that gross picture.

I bought and put on Mile Marker 449ss on my '02 excursion today. It was a very easy install. It took all of 20 min for both sides. I used Mile Marker because I have had so much luck with them on my CJ.... knee deep in the poop, back in the hills, they have never failed me. I highly recommend them. just my $.02 , oh and they cost $200

Mile markers were the ones I was thinking about getting on summit. I've seen them as low as $130. So if I can't get a new used stock hub than ill probably get those.

After messing with my ESOF hubs and having them failing wondering if I was locked or not I went with Warn premiums. Never looked back and I swear by them. Besides locking manual hubs is a declaration of war lol.

More than one way to blow your money.
If you are referring to the shackles it is the only way to retain the stock ride so that holds no water.
Again? What are you referring to?

Nope not referring to the shackles at all especially since I had been debating doing them, Just saying some of us like the aftermarket hubs. I have went through my stock hubs a couple of times and while they always locked when I wanted them to the problem was getting them to unlock. I got sick of jacking up the truck and spinning the front wheels to get them to release. I ended up selling my factory ones for more than I paid for my warns so I don't really see that as being a waste of money..

Most people don't get more for their good used stock hubs than for Warns and most stock hubs are working (at least manually locking) very well so I guess if you like to see the sun reflect off the chrome on the Warns it's up to you. Your truck, your money, it's none of my business, and I really don't care.

(All the more good cheap used hubs around in case my 170k mile stock hubs ever malfunction).

Absolutely right.

I know you're just voicing your opinion Brent, but sometimes the delivery isn't constructive criticism, it's just criticism.

That's not why people buy the Warn hubs. Most of the time people buy them to replace their non-working OEM hubs, and because replacement OEM hubs are a lot more expensive.

I wish I had known about your maintenance/fix a few years before my OEM's went bad. It woulda saved me from buying the Warn's as replacements.

I didn't buy them for the chrome look though.

Kinda makes one wonder why you posted then.

There are so many good used stock ones around from people wasting their money on Warns that you can but them cheap which is what I will do if I ever need one. A lot of people buy them that have good or fixable stock hubs which is mainly my point.

Makes me wonder why both of you posted

My first Ex hubs lasted 194k miles before having an issue with one rather then try to service it I replaced both with OEM no problems and sold ex at 228k.

My current Ex is coming up to 130k on originals with zero problems, even though I only need them when I travel up north I do engage 4x4 every few weeks to keep things moving.

I prefer the OEM system personally, I could see if your rig is not up to par ( bad vacuum lines, rust etc.) and your on a budget I understand. Do what you need to do.
