Carburetor spacer
What is the gasket under the carburetor spacer called? In between the carb spacer and intake manifold

It's just another carb gasket.

Well it depends. You still running a 2 barrel with egr plate? If so your intake to plate gasket will be thin and the plate to carb gasket will be thick. They don't have the same shape or openings either. They can't be switched.
