I have an early 03 6.0. The trouble started after the truck sat for a month+ while I was gone fishing (I am a commercial fisherman). Batteries were down when I got back and I killed the ficm trying to start the truck. I got new batteries, ICP sensor, and sent the ficm to Ed and got a 40 tune. I put it back together and no start. I got a scanguage II . Here are the numbers for KOEO and cranking. FMP 48-47.5 FVP 12.5-12.5 FPW 0-2152 FSN 0-1 Sync 0-1 ICP 0-2669 IPR 14.4- 65.5 CVI 4.97- 4.97 ICV 0- 0(dont understand this one) RPM 137 Vlt 13.6 . It had a U0155 and P2285 codes. I also have an Actron Elite Scanner CP9185 that I hooked up. It showed two mods #Can 7e9 and Can 7e8. The second time I looked it said first one then the other was offline. It also gives three CVN numbers or codes. I am not sure what they are and hope someone could shed some light on this for me. I really like my truck but haven't had much time with this electronic stuff. Need help bad. Thanx Rexador
There was a little oil but I cleaned it up I thought. Where does the ICV get its power from? The first time I hooked the scanguage up the ICV showed .28 and .94. Not sure why no reading now.

What did you clean the oil off with? And where did you get the new ICP? You probably need a new pigtail for the ICP sensor.
I got the new sensor from Napa (nearest Ford Dealer is 100 mi away) and cleaned the pig tail with starting fluid. I have new batteries but have had them charging over night and will try to start again to check rpm. I want to thank you all for the help now and in the future. I have turned wrenches all my life and do aLL MY OWN WORK ON THE ENGINES IN MY BOAT( f-in caps lock) and other pickup but this thing has me really stumpped.
It is your icp pigtail. You should always replace icp and icp pigtail together. Make sure you look at the old icp sensor before you take it off so make sure you wire the new one correctly. I had that problem and had to get another icp due to first replacement being wired wrong. Have you tried starting truck with icp sensor unplugged.
