e150 coil springs
When I spoke with a Hellwig engineer his explanation of their attachment scheme was to increase the bar's performance in addition to eliminating the known weak part of Ford's thru-the-I-Beam install. Overall I'm sure you'll eventually come to appreciate your Hellwig set up.My comparison was something like this: stock bar w/worn out bushings: stock bar w/renewed urethane bushings then the Hellwig, first front then later the rear. I don't mind changing parts if its a real improvement but doing so on an experimental basis doesn't appeal to me at all. Too costly and way more work than I hope to do laying in my driveway.
Honestly new urethane bushings replacing the stock parts worked a lot better than one might initially suspect.
If you're doing the ball joints consider new axle pivot and radius arm bushings at the same time. With the new front coils you're front end will almost feel like a solid chunk that moves! Moog ball joints BTW, not that you need to be told--Amazon has best price I've found to date.
And yes, just drove on the freeway and MY GOD what a transformation. I can go down the road now with just a thumb on the wheel for miles. The new leads in the back probably contribute as well.
Thanks for the advice on those ball joints! I look into that.

I was sincerely chuckling----your BSEG
after driving it that first time is my "I told you......." moment!
That transformation from a wandering sloppy front end to something tighter and quicker responding is pretty amazing.
Glad you got it all together and it no doubt is suiting your needs.
