04 Navi P0174 only error fixed
Yesterday my check engine light came on. Went to a local parts store and scanned the codes and it was only P0174. They were trying to say O2 sensors. I looked through this forum and most said the rubber 90* elbows were mainly the problem. I know I could have replaced just those, but I wanted to replace the whole piece. I bought part # 2L7Z-6C324-DA at the Lincoln dealership for $70.25. They originally said $85, but told them I saw it on fordparts.com and they agreed to adjust the price. The top rubber 90* basically split in two when I wiggled it off. Another rubber piece was cracking that was on the Y splitter. FYI, the other two straight rubber hoses are for the coolant. Ask me how I know. I didn't change those out. I disconnected the negative battery cable during the whole process which cleared out the code when I connected everything back up. It does seem a little bit peppier, but that could only be my wishful thinking.
