6.0 Heads

Saved my pennies and finally got my studs. Ford shop doing them for $3200.00. I thought that was a good price. Machine shop checked heads and said valve guides were shot. How often does this happen? Truck only has 80,000 miles on it.

My ford dealer just finished mine today and they charge me $2700. I supplied them with all the parts except the injector seals.

No problems with the heads and mine has 147k.
