Yep. Have to have a perfectly flat mating surface. And of course the holes drilled and tapped in the right spots.

See post #4 that left hand knuckle is what it will look like after machining.

Post # 10 from from the above link, has a interesting statement about stock knuckles.

"But I have always been told you cannot mill and tap these...not enough material. Have to use 3/4 ton knuckles or buy Reid Dedenbear knuckles....or switch to chevy knuckles."

But that is a 1/2 ton knuckles he is talking about and you have F250 3/4 ton so.......?
