So I would like to go with a crossover steering system from bullet proof steering. I talked to them on the phone yesterday and it sounds like they recommend me getting a "high steer flat top knuckle" from a Chevy. They weren't sure of Ford d44 axles had them. So curious if anyone has one or knows where to get one at a reasonable price. My highboy has a 78 d44 front end dual piston calipers.

Wfo sells them. I am wondering If your passenger knuckle already drilled and tapped? If not why not have your factory knuckle drilled and tapped for a crossover arm.
On a side note most chevy/dodge knuckles have 6 studs and fords have 5 at least in a dana 60 front. The dana 44 is the same way. If so swapping to a chevy knuckle would create problems.
Here is the link to already drilled and tapped knuckles from WFO.

doubtful, and i think a lot of ford knuckles lack the cast in flat machined area that most people drill and tap (at least from what i've seen). it can be done, just not as easy for some people who'd rather swap everything from the knuckles out.
i second just getting the knuckle from WFO, they are a great company to work with.
The guys told me it had to do with the bends and angle of the crossover arm. He said that if I kept my stock one I'd get a little bumpsteer and if I swapped it out the knuckle I'd get the right angle so there would be no bumpsteer. It almost sounded like the guy I talked to had a highboy cuz he said he was a ford truck guy too and knew all the ins and outs of them.
Ok cool thanks Co! Ill see if anyone local can do it. Im pretty sure the guy at CNC brake parts right down the street can do it for me. Met him awhile back and we have been talking and BSing about all our projects and his grandson has a sweet mopar! But yea ill see whats up about drilling this thing out. I do like how that kit seems to be a bolt on though... It will cost me about $400-450 from bulletproof to do the crossover and they don't give me the knuckle or the pitman arm.... Wonder if I can get the other kit here without the knuckle.
