EGR delete and what else?

EGR delete and what else?
I know this has been asked 1000x's I can't find it in a search though. I want to do an EGR delete. While I'm in there what else should I do? My plan is EGR delete, OEM oil cooler, coolant filter kit, and would love to do a wicked wheel on the turbo since it has to come out. Oh and the upgraded oil drain tube. So I geuss my question is , does that sound good? Should I bother with the coolant filter? Should I do the oil cooler if it's not plugged? I'd love to do an external oil filter but the $1500 price is crazy. Are there any other options or areas I should look into? Sorry I know I'm asking a lot, I just want to be in there once. The trucks an 04 with 150k, had EGR and oil cooler replaced at 100k from warrantee. I don't really tow with and it's not a daily driver. Oh and as usual I have a tight budget, found the parts I need to do the EGR, oil cooler and coolant filter with my budget. Thanks guys
