specificly im talking about the bazooka,smoke bomb, or the tow tune. i got my hands on an SCT flash tuner that had those tunes on it but was just wondering if they are any good.

 

That is one I have never heard of, where are they locasted? With the mods you have I would opt for a custom tune written specific.

 

its a shop in Florida, what tune is custom specific? I mean the SCT has slots for custom tuning so I just get somebody to make the tune

 

I checked out their web site, not sure what to say. Most recommended is Innovative or Matt at GearHead. With your EGR delete, and PowerMax, I would opt for a specifically written tune. Once you test the tune and need changes, they are willing to accommodate you.

 

The MPT tune's are custom but I was not impressed with mine. Bought my SCT from them and ordered the Bazooka, Smoke Bomb and Performance Economy. Didn't notice much difference with the PerfEcon tune, the Smoke Bomb was better but the throttle became way too touchy to the point where it felt unsafe and I didnt try the Bazooka because I thought it would be even worse. I have since ordered the SRL+ tune from Gearhead and have been very happy with it.
