Accessories won't turn off?

Accessories won't turn off?
I have a 2011 F350 Lariat, 6.7L diesel. All of a sudden when I turn it off and take the key out the engine shuts off, but the accessories/electrical does not? The seat quit moving for easy entrance/exit, the radio and nav system stays on after I open the door and the it beeps like crazy when the door is open as it would if I left my headlights on or the keys in it, windows will still roll down and it is acting like it still has the keys in it? Tried unhooking the batteries to reset something but as soon as they are hooked back up everything turns on again.
We tried pulling some of the fuses hoping it would reset something, and now there's no air either... No heat or AC.
Please help.
