AC delete
My truck has weird dealer installed AC with two blower motors. The second blower motor: 
The AC has been disconnected for 15 years. I rarely need AC and don't want to hook it back up. I would like to remove the other blower motor and hook up the AC vents to the heat. Has anyone done this before and does it work well?

No, I have never done this. But I would think if your A/C is dealer added, you could take it off and it would be like a non-A/C truck. If they replaced the control panel you would probably have to make a trip to the junkyard to find a normal non-A/C panel.

There was never a provision for the heat to blow out the dash vents in a non-a/c truck. In fact, the non-a/c trucks did not even have dash vents. These were added as part of the dealer installed a/c setup.

As well as factory-installed A/C setups... no, non-AC-equipped trucks didn't have dash vents for some reason, just floor and defrost.
