Help locating part

I have my mini maxx hooked up to my obd port and when my wife went to stomp down on the parking brake she kicked the obd port and broke off the plastic mounting bracket that attaches the obd port to underneath the steering wheel. Now its just hanging there. Anybody know the part number or how I can get a new one. Been searching for a while with no luck.
Thanks in advance

I can't help you with the part number...sorry I did some looking. I think you are better off to just call a dealer and have them order the part by your VIN. The part is cheap because it's just a piece of plastic. What you think is going to be a 5 min swap is actually a bit of a challenge. I helped a buddy that did the same thing to his (used his OBD port as a parking brake...didn't work). You have to remove each wire/pin from the existing and transfer to the new one. There wasn't enough room for me to do one at a time. I ended up using a labeler and labeling each wire by row and column and then making a diagram to follow. It took over 90 minutes, but it fired up and everything worked after we plugged the MM back in. He bought me good beer after that one

Ya it is a part of the connector.....
I would just re locate the whole thing somewhere a bit more out of the way under there.

Wire colors attached in case you decide to change it and loose track

Did you get a fix for this, or at least a part #? My wife just did the same thing.

You can find the connector on ebay or amazon. Not sure if you can use the pins on your truck cable or not.

Autozone carries Wells pn 842

Ford part number is WPT-615 3U2Z-14S411-LFA appears to be more like the connect that screws to the dash.
