I'm replacing my heater core and looking to replace the old and dried out gaskets and foam pieces. I can't seem to have any luck finding them online for my '66 F100. Has anyone else had this problem? Looking for some help.
I didn't see any seal kit listed for 61-66 but I found this one it should work link below. I made my own seal kit used a foam filter screening type material from lowes and rewrapped my duct doors with it then used a 1 sided sticky foam material as the seal for around the backside of the box the blower motor, heater core hold down and core pipe gaskets were stil good so I reused them
Seem to recall member posting link to the heater seal kit that fit the 65-66 application, DC offers a kit for the 66 Bronco not sure if similar to truck kit??
I had some foam and just made my own, not very hard. You need some 1/8 thick or so foam for the two doors, the rest you can cut to size from thicker pieces availble at fabric stores.
