Though it's not needed and you seem to be throwing a lot of Money at the truck to insure reliability why not throw a girdle in there too. This way if you ever get the itch for even more power you know you're bottom end is as stout as it gets.
dont think ARP main studs would hold it? and do u think il be puttin down that much HP?
didnt know they made one i know they have them for a DT466 I-6 international but never seen or heard one for the 7.3 will it fit with the cross member? or do u know how thick they are
No I don't think you need one I think the main studs will do you just fine just saying if you think you might get the itch for more power later tgatll be the only thing lacking on the bottom end. I haven't had a need to do much research on them but did come across one not too long ago. I'll see if I can find the link.

and thanks!
I can't find the link. I don't recall when it's recommended Hp wise. If you're anything like I am when you do all this it would only make sense to do that too.

oh yea i talked to matt at full force and hes got a 700HP 7.3 and he said no and my build was stronger then what im gonna go with and i think il be goin with 238/100 injectors
did you get it all done?how did it come out?do you like the s366
i love it!! got oh about 5k miles on it but my tunes only seem to be workin on my injector, high idle and no start but everthing else i cant fill no difference from stock tune to my 140 tune
in stock tune i think iv made it black smoke once and it was a little puff and thats all iv gotten it to do so its clean there and even in my 140 tunes nada no smoke but (what i wanted im no fan of smoke make it clean and powerful) no power difference either only pushin 34psi all across the board no mater tune im in so iv got kinks i gotta work out
i still have some issues tho and kinks to work out right now im havin torque converter issues it wont u lock and im runnin stock valve bodies at the moment have shiftin issues so had to swap out
engine surges during cold warm up
limited slip is slippin so gonna add some additive or replace it may be too late now
