C700 Rollback shop project.

So we finally pulled the trigger and picked up a project roll back.

It got delivered about a week ago and them we got hit by -20 weather...
So needless to say it has not been touched since.

At the moment we are waiting on a carb rebuild kit so we can at least get the truck moving around the yard and are looking in to changing the engine out with a diesel so we can afford to drive it. I have a spare 7.3 idi laying around that may go in to it.

Will toss up some more images, when it warms up.

Found my camera. The truck is originally from Colorado and was driven home to Wisconsin by the previous owner in 2010.

The cab is off of a C850, title lists the color as yellow.

This cab looks to have been painted white originaly.

The rollback was shifted backwards a few feet by the previous owner. The story goes that the trans went on the way back home. He got it in to a farm drive way just as it was stripping out. He was lucky enough to get his truck off the back before it completely went. He drove it home grabbed a "new" trans and a friend and came back and changed the trans in an hour... The hydraulic pump was left not hooked up so as to get it back on the road as fast as possible.

The rollback was build by Buhl Machine Work of Buhl Idaho. Can't really find much information on the company or the rollback sadly.
